Weekend Package AT:
Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel

Running Man Adventures with Runcation and The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel have put together a weekend special for Sani Stagger and Stagger Trail runners and their supporters.

Accommodation Bookings at Sani Pass Hotel will open at 9am on Tuesday 26th March. All entered Sani Stagger 2025 runners entered will have receive a unique code from Racepass after noon on Tuesday the 25th March. This code is required to initiate this Quicket process to secure a room at Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel for the race weekend.

Rooms are secured with an R850 deposit, and completing the booking information form. The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will compile your booking and invoice you according to the information you supply. Runners who secure rooms on Quicket will receive their invoices from the hotel by 31st May, and have until 30th September to settle their balances.

  • 2 Nights’ Accommodation at Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis Friday 7th & Saturday 8th November 2025

  • Dinner on Friday evening from 18h00

  • Early breakfast available on Saturday for runners. Takeaway boxes available for 21km runners to take fresh baked treats on the shuttles up Sani Pass

  • Sani Stagger sundowner snacks in the lounges with a slide show of photos from the day on the TV's and a projected on the wall in Sunbird lounge

  • Saturday Dinner available from 17h30

  • Leisurely buffet breakfast on Sunday

ADDITIONAL GUESTS (only in rooms with sleeper couches)

  • A maximum of 2 children u16 per room or 1 person over 16 years of age.

  • Children under 12 stay free during Sani Stagger Weekend, and only need to pay 50% of the meal rate – R550 per child for the weekend

  • R1980 - per person over the age of 12 for Sani Stagger weekend

  • Maximum of 1 teenage child/adult over 16 years of age per room where there is a sleeper couch.

EXTRA NIGHTS

Runners can add extra nights before or after the Friday and Saturday nights of the Stagger package. These will also be dinner and breakfast inclusive, and the rate for each night will be half of the package price you have chosen.

BOOKING PROCESS

Before you begin, make sure you have received your unique booking code from Racepass. Only Sani Stagger 2025 entrants will receive a code.

To book a room you will need to click the green TICKETS button.

  • That will take you to the layout of the hotel, but you can only access the rooms once you enter the unique code you received from Racepass.

  • Under Choose your Seats, there is a space to Enter Promotional Code.

  • Enter the unique promotional code you received from Racepass here.

  • You will now have access to the hotel layout where you can book your room. (The grey map will now have different colour blocks).

  • Make sure to scroll down to see all rooms as the full map may not be visible on some screens.

  • Move your mouse over the rooms (square blocks) & click anywhere to zoom in & then click on the room that you want to book.

  • Click on + (plus) sign to select your room & ensure the digit 1 appears then click confirm and then click on next at the bottom right - UNLESS you want to book more than 1 room.

  • Should you require more than 1 room, REPEAT the process BEFORE clicking on next. 

  • ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS before making payment to ensure you have accurately requested all that you require. The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will use the information you supply to these questions to create your booking, and invoice you accordingly.

  • You will only be able to click next if you have ticked that you have read & understood the payment & cancellation terms.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

(Please Note these are Sani Stagger event specific as the entire hotel is taken over as the race base for the weekend)

  • A deposit secures your booking.

  • You will receive an invoice from Premier Sani Pass Hotel by the 31st May 2025

  • Full payment will need to be made by 30th September 2025 otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled.

  • Bookings not fully settled by 30th September 2025, and not cancelled in writing to sanipass.res@premierhotels.co.za before 30th September 2025, will lose the booking and forfeit the deposit.

  • 100% cancellation fee will apply from 14th October 2025

  • No refunds, other than medical will be allowed from 14th October 2025

  • From 14th October to 1st November 2025, there will be a cancellation fee for injury induced cancellations, if supported by a note from your medical practitioner.

  • No change of booked room category will be allowed - You can amend the details of your booking up until the 5th November 2025, such as meal preferences and King or Twin set up - but not the room you have booked
